All of which is a response to the most recent issues gamers have had out there with studios and publishers adding in the options to pay real-world money for in-game items or bonuses. So in my travels of the internet I found this cool little report by the ESA (Entertainment Software Association) that has a bunch of really cool facts about video games and those of us who play them. Ratings Associate (Full-time; 4/1/2008-) The Ratings Associate is responsible for screening all submitted content resources, including video footage and script submissions. Additionally, the Ratings Associate will create logs of content found in all submitted video.  The Ratings Associate is also responsible for communicating with the Manager, Ratings Submissions and the Manager, Testing and Compliance any discrepancies between these materials and the written submission form.    Privacy Compliance Manager (Full-time; 4/7/2008-) Compliance Manager is a hands-on role overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Privacy Online program, particularly monitoring and auditing Privacy Online’s member websites.  The Compliance Manager also reviews and responds as necessary to member and consumer inquiries, oversees our Consumer Online Hotline dispute resolution program, and maintains accurate internal department records for all compliance-related activities.
