Evil Dead
The music for Evil Dead: The Game is expanding with more of a montage from the Evil Dead IP over the years
One more week and Evil Dead: The Game will be summoned up to all of our PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PCs out there. Generally, word and sights have been positive for the game and Saber Interactive has been working well to get everything we could ever hope to show up in the game. It seems that is not going to be limited to just Evil Dead Easter Eggs and references too. At least, when we look at the latest track to drop out there to help Boss Team Games promote the game before May 13th. Now we have some iconic lines and beats mixed in by a massive fan of the IP and horror titles in general. That being Method Man.
Some out there might be scratching their heads over Evil Dead: The Game getting a track from this artist, but those in the know will fully see it as par the course. It is no secret that the artist is a fan of the horror genre and this IP too, so that is where it makes sense. Just a bigger named artist making something as a fan of it all. Even if it does not seem like it will be linked into the deeper parts of the actual gameplay for Evil Dead: The Game. I mean, it would be a little jarring to hear it in the mix with all of the darker tones that we have had for the game up to now. Have a listen now and see if you can see it fitting in there somehow.
Evil Dead: The Game — Come Get Some (Method Man)
Method Man’s original new song “Come Get Some” created exclusively for Evil Dead: The Game.
Produced by Statik Selektah with all music sampled from Joseph LoDuca’s original 1981 The Evil Dead score. With vocal samples of Bruce Campbell as the iconic Ash Williams taken from Evil Dead: The Game. Also featuring Method Man’s son PXWER and U-God’s son iNTeLL of 2nd Generation Wu. Additional production by Steve Molitz.
Method Man’s love for horror movies and the Evil Dead is well known, with multiple lyrical references over the years dating back to his classic “Dead by Dawn!” reference on 1999’s “N 2 Gether Now” with Limp Bizkit. The makers of Evil Dead: The Game reached out to Statik Selektah and Method Man to collaborate on an original song, and their response was pure fire emojis. The duo set off to create a proper Evil Dead banger in honor of the game’s over-the-top action, bloody ‘boomstick’ gunplay, and ghastly Kandarian Demon banishing.

Do you think that this track will be in the core of Evil Dead: The Game or will it just be something fun to get us further hyped up? Would it be fitting to be on the radio at some point or a bit jarring to have mixed into the horror side of it all? What other artist would you want to make a track for the game and why is it Cradle Of Filth or GWAR? Sound off in the comments and then feel free to discuss it all if you so wish. We will share all that we can for Evil Dead: The Game, so be sure to keep close to the site for it all. We will certainly have loads to offer up as we get closer to the final launch of the title.
