The PS5 version of The Medium is almost here and we will have a few more ways to immerse ourselves into The Medium
Those waiting to get to experience The Medium on the PS5 only have so much more time that they have to wait to get to experience the game. It has been on the PC and Xbox Series X for a while now and September 3rd will have this next gem from Bloober Team out there for the other subsect of gamers out there. With that also brings a load of other features that most might not get to experience with The Medium. That being the features that the DualSense controller will be able to offer up to those gamers out there that have it. More than just some of the rumble feedback and now we have a little more of a breakdown that it will offer up too.
There will obviously be some of the basics for the haptic feedback that PS5 games normally have. For The Medium, it will take the form of with the adaptive triggers offering up tension based on how much energy we have absorbed and then we will also be able to feel all of the entities hitting our energy shields too. The controller mic will also be used too, but the cooler aspect is that the light bar will flicker just as the flashlight in The Medium does. For those not in the know, this happens when there are some other entities we need to be on the lookout for are in the area. This will play out extremely well when we dive into playing it all in the full dark, which is the only way to play this one too.
