Baldur’s Gate
Baldur’s Gate 3 has been delayed a bit due to various things and we will have a new date for Baldur’s Gate 3 very soon
It looks like we should mark Baldur’s Gate 3 off our hopes for releasing in August as it looks like it has been delayed. The specific reasons for this have not been offered up by Larian Studios but it is most likely safe to assume it is all related to COVID-19. This is not the first title have this happen it will not be the last. That just means that we are going to have to wait just a bit longer for the first act of Baldur’s Gate 3 to hit the PC down the road a bit. Not even a month in site as of right now.
That is all the bad news for Baldur’s Gate 3, though. As for some of the good news, it does look like we are going to get a full update on things and a new release date for the game on August 18th. That is a bit of a way away but still something to look forward to for this month in terms of Baldur’s Gate. Something to see just how the gameplay has evolved and changed since the work at home orders went out. That and the obvious new release date that we can mark down for. Unless this is all a ploy to get us amped up for just a new date. That would be bonkers but weirder things have happened before.

Are you ultimately crushed by the delay for Baldur’s Gate 3 or is it just something you expect for most games as of right now?
