Get ready to enter Little Hope with the release date now being set down for The Dark Pictures: Little Hope for this October
Things seemed to slow down for The Dark Pictures: Little Hope were there was a bit of a delay before the game was supposed to launch. It was originally stated that it would be coming this summer from Supermassive Games, but that was pushed due to the same reasons everything is getting pushed for now. Thankfully, it seems like the delay is not going to be a huge one as we now have a new release date for Little Hope. In fact, it was pushed to just about the right time as we will be able to take on this new story on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on October 30th this year. It would only be better if it could be on Halloween its self.
In addition to the announcement for when we will get to go to Little Hope, we have the usual trailer to show off more of the gameplay. That and the announcement of different editions of the game we can pick up with a Limited-Edition and Collector's Edition to pick up. The Collector's Edition coming with the game, a cloth map, two pins, and a replica poppet from Little Hope. The Limited-Edition coming with that and the addition of Man Of Medan for those that have missed out on that already. All of which is available for pre-order, which will offer up an Early Access to the Curator's Cut of things that will offer up new scenes, characters, and choices for the stories. Kind of a cool thing to see here.
The Dark Pictures: Little Hope — Release Date Announcement
Little Hope, the brand-new game in The Dark Pictures Anthology will release on October 30th. Experience moments of tension and terror alone in single-player mode, with your friends through a two-player online shared story or with up to five players in the couch-friendly movie night mode.
Trapped by a mysterious fog in the abandoned town of Little Hope, four college students and their professor search desperately for a means of escape whilst visions from the town’s gruesome and sinister past haunt them from the shadows. In order to stay alive, they must uncover the mysteries behind these dark apparitions before evil forces drag each of their souls to hell!
The Dark Pictures: Little Hope will be available in Standard, Limited and Collector’s editions with an early purchase bonus — available to pre-order on digital stores and with participating retailers only.
