The release date for Control’s first expansion, The Foundation, will be hitting us all by the end of March and further expanding the lore of Control

It has been a cryptic ride for Control since it has launched and many of us have been waiting for any of the expansions to launch out there. We have had the release schedule slightly tossed around before now and Remedy has teased what we could expect in The Foundation. Now we are back with yet one more tease that ends with a solid release date. That being March 26^th for those that just want to know when they will get to play the first big expansion for Control on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. We only need to survive a few more weeks without it.

Now that we all know the when what will this expansion for Control be all about? Well, that is still a bit of a mystery. The closest thing we have to an answer, as the below tease does not do much, was a slight statement from the team so very long ago. “At the request of the ever-mysterious Board, Jesse must explore what lies beneath the Bureau as she returns order to the Foundation and the Oldest House itself.” That is it. It truly gives up nothing, as it could be something in terms of those that first created the Bureau in the world of Control. It could also mean we are just taking a trip down to the basement to look at the literal foundation of The Oldest House. Thankfully, we will not have to wait too much longer now.
