Streets Of Rage
The release window for Streets Of Rage 4 is set down for this spring and we have the latest character to join the Streets Of Rage 4 team
The wait for Streets Of Rage 4 is still going on, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel looking to get this game on the PS4, Xbox One, Switch, or PC. No, we do not have a final release date as of yet but it looks like Lizardcube and Dotemu are now aiming for a Spring of 2020 release for the game. So, like, something within the next few months as it goes. Thankfully, that is not the only update we have for Streets Of Rage 4 here today, as that is a bit lackluster for anyone out there waiting for a solid update to things. That and those that could get what is coming to the game based on the headline there.
In the following trailer that came with this Streets Of Rage announcement, we get to see the fourth and final character to join the fight here with Floyd Iraia. He is a hulking being with some cybernetic arms to beat and throw with the best of them. The best of them being up to four friends in local play if that is how you want to play Streets Of Rage 4 here. You can also go solo or with a buddy online if that is your jam. You can read that as there is some usual multiplayer mixed into the game now. Not something that we were ever concerned would happen.
Streets Of Rage 4 — Floyd Iraia & Multiplayer
Meet Floyd Iraia, the last Streets Of Rage 4 playable character, who dishes out serious damage with his incredibly strong cybernetic arms. Although Floyd’s movement and health recovery are slower than most, he boasts the longest reach among the playable roster and tremendous power, ensuring any combo he puts an enemy through will be devastating.
We are also thrilled to announce the iconic series’ return will support two-player online and up to four-player offline co-op when it launches this spring.
Streets Of Rage 4 will also make its way on to PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch in Spring 2020!
Does this news for Streets Of Rage 4 excite you or would you rather wait for a final release date before announcing? Do you think this will be near the end of the Spring season or could it be closer to the beginning? What do you think of the inclusion of Floyd here and is that a nice rounding to the roster? Let us all know down in the comments and then discuss away. If we have more to share for Streets Of Rage 4, we will share it all here. All you need to do is keep checking back here.
