The Walking Dead
Pre-orders are open for The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners as well as word that this The Walking Dead VR game will be coming to the PSVR too
Remember when The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners was first announced and we all found out we were going to be heading into this world via VR? Maybe you do or you do not, but here we are just a bit after Skydance Interactive told us they were working on it and gave us all a small taste of what was to come in this realm. Now that January 23rd is not too far off and we are all in a holding period for The Walking Dead in general, I guess it is a good time to know that we can start to pre-order the game on the various VR platforms. This also includes the PSVR sometime in the first quarter of 2020 now. Good news for those looking to add more to the platform there too.
To go along with the pre-orders opening up for The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners, we have a new trailer to look at to get a better feel for the gameplay we will have out there. Something that does not look to be much in the way of VR or something that could be pushing things a bit more in terms of gameplay in general. It will be interesting to see how all of these various kill options for the undead will actually work and if we will be able to break and flip a broken bottle or if it is a quick button press and nothing more. Even if none of the story looks and feels very "The Walking Dead" in general. There is not much more time to wait to find out, though, so that could be a good thing.
The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners — Preorder
Officially coming to PSVR!
Saints & Sinners is a game unlike any other in The Walking Dead universe. Every challenge you face and the decision you make is driven by YOU. Fight the unread, scavenge through the flooded ruins of New Orleans, and face gut-wrenching choices for you and the other survivors. Live The Walking Dead's dark drama in your own skin.
Do you think this narrative will fit in with the rest of The Walking Dead or will it be its own thing and try to just capitalize on the popularity? Do you think these controls will be open and fluid or will they be canned animations instead? Will you be going for the PSVR version of the game or will it be the other various VR setups instead? Let us all know down in the comments and then feel free to discuss it all below. If there is more to share for The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners, you know we will share it all here. All you need to do is keep an eye out for all of that and much more.
