The next in the line for Mario & Sonic At The Olympic Games is one its way on November 5th and it looks like we are going to have some amazing new events mixed in. Obviously, there is a lot more going on with all of this and SEGA will make sure all of our favorites are in there, but this latest video shows us three new dream events we could all be looking for. That is, if we want to take on all of the Mario & Sonic fun without friends on the Switch and hop on the hoverboards we will also have in the mix. All things we should know for all of this by now.
As you can see in the latest trailer, Mario & Sonic will be adding in Dream Shooting, Dream Karate, and Dream Racing. They look like a lot of fun, but at the end of it all look like the basic things we would expect in an Olympic Games style game just with Dream added on. Unless I am missing something from the past here. Have a look at the latest trailer for the game and see what you will be getting to experience when it finally launches in a few months. I do hope that you enjoy it all.
Mario & Sonic At The Olympic Games — Dream Events
Hop on a hoverboard, throw down with Mario & Sonic, and blast your way to victory in new Dream Events! Play with (or against) family and friends. The game releases November 5 in the Americas and November 8 in Europe, exclusively on the Nintendo Switch!
Dream Shooting: Aim and take fire at a range of targets placed all around a traditional Japanese manor in this competitive score-based event! At different intervals during the match, flying kites will appear, which players can target for bonus points.
Dream Karate: Fight to light up the most blank spaces featured on the floor to expand your territory, combining the lightning-fast action of Karate with free-for-all gameplay! Every space where an enemy falls by your hand will light up. The player or team that lights up the most spaces at the end of the round is the victor. It's chaos, fun-filled chaos!
Dream Racing: Hop on a hoverboard and zoom through a downhill course filled with question-mark power-ups and challenging obstacles, performing sweet tricks to earn a speed boost and gain the lead. The first one to the bottom wins!
Are you as excited for Mario & Sonic At The Olympic Games as I am or will it be just another game to pass some of the downtime with? Do you see there as being more to these events besides the word Dream or is it a way to keep us all engaged a bit longer? What other events are you looking forward to from these Olympic Games? Give us all of the feedback down below. I will have an eye on this game moving forward and as new information comes out, I will add it here. Keep on coming back for more.
