Another Friday The 13th: The Game video and yet another case of no gameplay. You'd think by now that Gun Media would have given us all something in terms of new gameplay but it looks like all we are going to be getting will be game mechanic videos to describe how Friday The 13th will play when it hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC later this year. At least if they still hit their mark given the lack of gameplay video to see for Friday The 13th and all. But moving on now…

In this new clip we get to see another way that the counselors can try to survive the match in Friday The 13th: The Game. They will be able to call in the cops to come and save them from the horrors of Jason. A phone will randomly spawn on the map during a match and counselors can rush to the phone to call out for help. It could take a while to get the phone up and running but when all is said and done, and you survive the startup time, the fuzz will be there to save the day in Friday The 13th.

Of course it would be easy pickings for Jason in Friday The 13th: The Game if you had to sit by the phone to make the call the whole time. From the looks of things it is only in the startup and then Jason will have about ten minutes to hunt down and kill everyone before the cops get there. It doesn't fully fit the Friday The 13th franchise in my opinion but it does fit in some great game mechanics so that not every match ends in hopelessness.
