Is The Order: 1886 going to be another over-hyped title for the PS4? YouTuber PlayMeThrough may have you believing just that if you are feeling frisky enough to watch the entirety of The Order: 1886 on the channel. By over-hyped here we would be talking that the full game looks like it can be completed in a little over five hours of time. This is of course all based on the video that was uploaded to the channel that shows the whole game from start to end and all of the cut scenes in-between.
If you wish you can check out all of the "leaked" gameplay for The Order: 1886 right here. That is of course if you want to buy into this hype and look beyond some of the weird goings on when you start to break things down here. The playlist is also down below for you to just click and watch The Order: 1886 as well.
At this point I am not sure what to believe when it comes to all of this for The Order: 1886. From responses from Ready At Dawn's founder and CTO Andrea Pessino (see below) the company is not commenting on any of this anymore. That means they are aware that the rumor and speculation is out there. Then you follow it up with technical proof on YouTube showing the claims could be true and then not take the videos down? They have that ability yet they leave "the whole game" of The Order: 1886 online for all to see and spoil? I suspect that the video making the rounds could be based on a different build that what we are going to be getting on Friday but I could be wrong.
Note: I am done commenting on clickbait rumors about game length, "downgrade" idiocy and such nonsense. Don't bother asking.

Why take a stance and then not stop the "proof" from spreading? I think Ready At Dawn knows something more. Or I guess they don't care as the cat is out of the bag for The Order: 1886. Or it could be that all of this is to drum up some more hype leading into the release of The Order: 1886. I'm hoping on the last item there as I played a 30 minute demo at the PlayStation Experience and I hope I didn't play and beat a good chunk of the game already as a demo. I guess we'll all find out here on February 20th.
What are your thoughts on this? Can we believe this for The Order: 1886? Did all of the time go into making the game look amazing but only delivering about two and a half hours of actual play time? Let us know in the comments.
