So because media outlets got the jump on confirming all the tracks in Rock Band 3 Harmonix decided to come out and "un-officially" confirm the rumors listed below. Way to try to cover up your mess there. But this isn't an announcement no matter how you try to play it. You guys screwed up and this is damage control. Just call it as it is.

You would think that in the "YouTube" generation everyone would realize that there are cameras everywhere. Especially at conventions that are geared toward technical types like gamers. That would be a safe assumption, right?

You know who doesn't think that, though? The people at Gamescom who were showing Rock Band 3 to all the convention goers. At E3 they were extremely careful on which tracks were shown to be included on the disk. Here at Gamescom, right in front of Gott Game, the demonstrators decided to cycle through all the songs to find one of the announced songs to show off; apparently oblivious to the HD camera recording the entire thing.

As you would expect, that recording was placed online, for a short time, in all of its HD glory were one could easily pick out the unannounced tracks. The tracks are listed below for you for your viewing pleasure. I'm sure Harmonix is a bit upset since the international tracks were the only ones supposed to be shown. Oops for them.

Now to go along with the "leaked" information from Gamescom, an Achievement list has also surfaced on the net. Not from Harmonix directly, but from someone quoting a reliable source. They are listed a little further below.

What I find interesting about this list is that you are more rewarded for brand loyalty over skill at the game. Yes there are the obvious "100% On X Difficulty," but there is 240 Gamer Score that is linked to playing downloaded songs. That is almost 20% of the 1256 total for just downloading and playing songs.

Before you say "that isn't that much," take a look at a lot of the other ones here. They are also quite a few "Make A Character" or "5 Star On Easy" type of achievements here too. Then again, this could just be a rumored list and not a solid one. We'll see I guess.
