Stupid Never Dies
The next developer update for Stupid Never Dies is here, with us getting to see the gameplay loop for Stupid Never Dies
The next big bite for Stupid Never Dies is here, just ahead of the October 21st release on the PS5 and PC. We had one from before to give us a little look into how GPTRACK50 is offering up all of the action in the game. Now, we have the next big chunk to see just how we are going to keep that action loop going. Specifically, this is how we are going to progress in Stupid Never Dies in both the levels and as the character Davy in the game. Also, so we can become the best and biggest monster out there to be crowned King. Also, I guess, a little bit to make sure that we also save the girl at the end of the love story that is mixed into all of this. Let us all have a look at just what is going down in the game as of right now.
As you will be able to see in the following developer vlog for Stupid Never Dies, the progression is going to be a little different than we all might have thought from before. That is, we are always going to be starting on the first level of the dungeon when we do any of the runs out there, but that is not specifically a terrible thing. That is because we will have various other things happening to Davy during the runs that will help us make it through the dungeons each time. Both in permanent upgrades and also in the temporary ones we can get as we play through Stupid Never Dies. All of this is to lead us back to the shopping mall we have as our basecamp, so we can add on tattoos, bio-upgrades, and various other perks to head back into the mix and do it all again. It looks like it is going to be way more of a grind than a straightforward affair out there. You can have a look at how the cycle is going to go in the following showcase that we have for it all.
Stupid Never Dies — Deep Bite #2: Game Cycle
Before you dive into the demo, join director Eiichiro Sasaki for a look at the signature “Blazing Fast Growth” gameplay of Stupid Never Dies, GPTRACK50’s new action RPG.
Follow along as he powers up Davy at the mall, gears up for the next dive, explores the dungeon, and levels up faster with every kill.
Did you think that Stupid Never Dies was going to be a game where we were going to need to grind like this, or did you think it was going to be rather linear as you played it all? How many times will we need to go through the whole dungeon in the game, and will we ever have enough time to be able to do it all in one little run? How often will we need to lean into our skills as a gamer to make it through the levels, or will that be more of a running past enemies to save time as you try to get deeper into the mix? Let us talk about all of that and much, much more down in the comment section of the page here. We will have more of these dives into Stupid Never Dies as we get into the following months out there. Please watch the website and follow all of our social channels to ensure that you are fully up-to-date with us, as this does look as if it will be an explosive title to experience.
