The horrors of the Alien IP are carrying on, with the full reveal we just had for Alien: Isolation 2
We all knew it was coming, and now we are here with the official reveal for Alien Isolation 2. A title that Creative Assembly was not coy about coming, as they announced it almost two years ago, but out of all of the recent videos dropped out there, we have an official reveal for the game. On that, it might be a little different from what any of you might have thought was on the way to us all. One that still holds up the fact that nowhere is safe in the universe of Alien, and the Ripley family is not getting any breaks when it comes to all of that. With that all said, let's see what was revealed and on the way to us all for the game out of all of the announcements as we wait for this one to come to the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, and PC when it is ready.
While there is not much shown to us all for Alien: Isolation 2 in terms of gameplay, we do have a solid look at the new setting and environments that we are going to be running around. Interestingly, it does feel as if it is following the film structure, with the first title on a spacecraft, and this sequel takes us to a planet where we are going to be running around a settlement as the xenomorph hunts all of us down. That, we actually get to take the fight back to the creatures, as Alien: Isolation 2 does sound like we might be a little more proactive in that aspect. We'll have to wait and see, though, as we only have this little clip to look at that shows a planet and a settlement close to what we saw in the second film, but with Amanda helping out across a bit of a language barrier. The bigger reason that I think the settlers will be picked off rather quickly since they might not understand.
Alien: Isolation 2 — Reveal
When a survey team on a remote colony-planet discovers a mysterious crashed vessel, one member makes it her priority to investigate. No one is prepared for the horror unwittingly unleashed on the settlement. Nowhere is safe.
So begins a desperate journey to survive and escape, as she is relentlessly hunted by the deadly creature.

Alien Isolation 2 will be available on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, and Steam.
Are you excited to finally see what is coming in Alien: Isolation 2? Is it odd to you that it feels like it is following the same structure that the films did? Will the language issues be something that matters to the gameplay, or just a way to show that the company doesn't care about anyone out there at all?
