Among Ashes
The final release date for Among Ashes is now set with Among Ashes dropping out there in only a few more weeks
We had the tease and now we are back with the final update for Among Ashes with a release date finally set for the PS5 and PC version of the game. Okay, so maybe not the final update, as I am sure that Rat Cliff Games is going to be pressing onward to hype up this little horror title before December 9th now. Yeah, that is when we can expect to get very meta with Among Ashes now that the release date is set. Unless that is just what they want us to think as this killer game does look like it is going to have very little 'chill' once it is out there. For that, we will have to look at the extra bits of gameplay we have for the game to help celebrate this new announcement.
All kidding aside, Among Ashes is a video game within a video game where we are back in the 2000s playing a haunted title out there. Hence why you can see a mix of older visuals to some of the newer ones we expect in modern titles out there. The game in question is called Night Call and after downloading it from that weird internet thing, we find out that it has the ability to control the real world while playing it. That is where things start to go terribly wrong with all involved in Among Ashes as we have to survive the horrors as well as find a way to fully stop them from continuing out there in the world. The only way it could get more meta would be if the game somehow started to send things to our houses or email inboxes as we play them in our own gaming areas. Have a look at what we have and then wait a few more weeks to be able to dive in.
