A look at the story for Dead Rising is coming out there to help new players put their eyes on the Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster
It is story time out there again and this time for the Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster that will be out there on September 18th. As long as you are looking to get the game on the PC, PS5, or Xbox Series X|S digitally. Not that Capcom will be changing the story for the game when it comes out physically in November but just the release date. I figured I would make sure that was clear given how weird Dead Rising and all of the fans out there can be for this. Especially since we started talking about the story of why the zombies are roaming about and how it is going to be the same as some might have remembered from before. This is still a wild event and could have some fans out there thinking the wrong thing.
Those who might be diving into Dead Rising for the first time here, the story is about like this… We play as an investigative reporter named Frank West. He is out there in Willamette, CO doing a job when the undead start to flood in and Frank finds himself in the mix of it all. While trying to survive and help others, a dark conspiracy is uncovered along the way as Frank finds out how the zombies came to be, who might be controlling them, and all of the other insanity that is going down due to the chaos out there. You do not have to take my word for it though, as you can see a bit of the story just below for Dead Rising while also seeing some of the crazy cast of characters who will be helping or hindering Frank along the way in just a few days.

Freelance photojournalist Frank West heads to the unsuspecting mountain town in pursuit of a scoop and lands himself in the middle of a zombie outbreak. He quickly discovers that zombies aren’t the only threat in Willamette Parkview Mall. Unhinged Psychopaths lurk in every corner of the complex, each with their deadly sights set on anyone who seems suspicious. Can Frank uncover the truth about the outbreak, survive three days in Zombie Paradise, and escape Willamette unscathed?
