As the gaming landscape gets filled more and more with the darker and grittier titles out there, we have a new announcement for Hidden Through Time 2: Myths & Magic. This is the fun little hidden object title that Rogueside dropped on the PC last year. Not wanting to have any gamers out there miss out on the game, it looks as if the team has put in the work to make sure that those on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Switch also get their time to go through it all. Get ready as Hidden Through Time 2: Myths & Magic will be hitting all of those systems on January 25th. Not much time to get ready to head into a new land of myths, monsters, and hidden loot we will have to click on.
Those not familiar with Hidden Through Time 2: Myths & Magic, you can see the game a bit in action below, but also know that this is a hand-drawn title that has hidden treasures throughout time and various locations of myth and lore. It will be our job to search out these lands to find the hidden magic and click on them. If that is not enough for you, Hidden Through Time 2 also offers up the ability to make our own maps and publish them out to the world too. It may sound like a basic title, but there is no mistaking that sometimes we need a little bit of the cozy games in the mix to help calm all of our nerves out there. On the surface, Hidden Through Time 2: Myths & Magic does not look like it would be a title for me but I have been surprised by titles like this in the past. Especially, as I mentioned, when there is an overabundance of grittier and darker titles that I may need a break from out there. It is a little odd to see how hard some of the objects are to find out there and I am curious how well the console version of the map maker will be, but coming to consoles is what I needed to give Hidden Through Time 2 a chance out there. Now just to wait until January 25th to actually get that chance and not just watch the cozy little videos that we have here.
