Lies Of P
The launch of Lies Of P is almost here and we get one more taste as to how deep the lies will go in the Lies Of P
This time has almost come and we can almost all dig into the Lies Of P out there. It feels fitting that it all starts to flow out there on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC around the time of Gamescom with Round8 Studio giving us so many of the game's updates around this time in general. This also means, just in time for the convention, Lies Of P has one more trailer out there to get us all excited and hyped up to experience things. All so we can see how far the rabbit hole goes in this…wait&…whoops… wrong IP to go with that. Nonetheless, we can get a taste of how many lies we are going to need to dig through when the launch of the game hits on September 19th.
Jokes all aside, here we have one more trailer for Lies Of P to get us further invested in the world that is being crafted and a different story being told for the Pinocchio IP out there. There have been a few demos to get us excited for it too, so it would be a little odd at this point if you do not know what Lies Of P is all about for now. It is one more dark steampunk world to add to the Soulslike genre of games that we have had out there in the mix. A solid world with what looks like a solid setting all with the gameplay that some of you live and die by at this point. Gods only know why…
Lies Of P — How Many Lies?
Faced with a city buried beneath the deceit of others, what lengths will you go in search of your own truth?
Watch the new Gamescom 2023 trailer for the upcoming Souls-like title Lies Of P and get ready for an adventure unlike any other when the game launched on Steam, PlayStation 5|4, Xbox SeriesX|S, Xbox One & Game Pass on September 19.
This new footage for Lies Of P does tickle all sorts of fancies over here for me if only the core gameplay mechanics were a bit different. The slow and Soulslike gameplay is never anything I feel I will ever be able to get into and we always get some of the coolest-looking worlds built with it. I am still at a loss as to why this one is not just another third-person action title and we need to have all of the other annoying things mixed in. Having played the demos for Lies Of P, I am still at a loss as to why for all of that. It functions and flows so well and having to do it all over each time you are overwhelmed because some of the controls are slowed down "for balance" just does not suit me at all.
Have you been waiting for Lies Of P to launch out there finally or is it a title you will be skipping for some reason? Do you think this will be the grand re-telling of the IP story or is that just going to be the dressing around it all? Would this have worked better if it was an action game in general or will the Soulslike elements truly help it all shine more? Take to the comment section to discuss all of that and everything else that we have to offer up out there. We are going to have more for Lies Of P soon, so please keep on checking in for all of that and much, much more.
