A new Redband trailer for The Expanse: A Telltale Series is out there to help bring more gamers into the world of The Expanse

The first episode of The Expanse: A Telltale Series is out as of you reading this right now. Not a huge surprise with Telltale Games and Deck Nine pushing it so hard and aiming for a biweekly release of episodes. But, there are still some out there that might not know how dark and mature this story in the The Expanse timeline is going to go. This is what the latest trailer we have here for you is about to show you. That way you can better know if you need to throw down on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, or PC and start things off now. Waiting until the whole story launches out there is also an option too, but I know you might be interested more once you see the new Redband trailer for the game.

Of course, when we see or hear Redband, we are looking for some extra mature content to have. Given the setting and themes of The Expanse it feels like it would fit right in. Hold onto your butts for now, though, as this new video highlights very little violence and only has a few fucks in the mix. Something that would make the censors blush in the States, for sure, but nothing too dark and gritty. Then again, this is only to better hype up the release of The Expanse: A Telltale Series, and what is in the full game could be a little darker. Given that we are in the mix of playing the game for review, we are going to leave that up in the air so we do not accidentally spoil anything for you for now. Okay, there were some solid teases for The Expanse here and it does feel like it is one character that is being a little crasser than the others. It does hit home well how dark the universe and humanity are in the mix of it all. That is what we need to be leaning into and not counting the number of expletives that are dropped out there. Not only that but the level of gore that we could come across and then the inevitable sexy times that could go down. Again, we are not going to spoil anything for The Expanse: A Telltale Series, but this is a solid taste of what is there for the first episode and what is coming down the line. Maybe join us as we do a live play of the episode too…
