In the mix of all of the Summer Game Fest hype, we had the release date slipped out there for Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew. It has been something that Mimimi Games has felt a little coy about for a while now, but we have a nice time to look at for when we will all be able to set sail for it. Gear up and get your crew ready, even though it will just be you at the command, as Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew is setting sail on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on August 17th, 2023. It is still a little bit of time for us to get it all, but now we have something solid to set on our calendars. We will hold off on the pirate jokes and puns now…
Get ready to celebrate the release date for Shadow Gambit here with a nice new shanty from the crew and the ship to get us further into the mindset of it all. That and it sounds like we are getting a bit of a story recap and explanation in the mix of the song too. You have to listen a little closely and ignore the fun gameplay in the background. It is a solid choice to help sell some of us all on the game a bit more and I know I enjoy it all. You can see and hear all of it just a little lower as we wait for Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew to land out there for us all. As if you have not been sold on the game from everything we have had to enjoy for it all up to now.

If that was not enough for you and to get you ready for Shadow Gambit, we have one more little announcement to go out there for the game here. Those that want to give it all a little play, you will be able to play a demo of it all from June 19th to June 26th during the Steam Next Fest that will be going on during the week. It will include the intro to Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew as well as a few various missions, two islands, and all manner of fun to have with it all. So, there will be that to look forward to and get us extra pumped up for the official launch just a few months later. Happy times we are living in even if we are not able to mix with everyone in person again.
