Mortal Kombat
A new tease for the next Mortal Kombat title might be hinting at a reboot to the Mortal Kombat IP is on the way
There is still not a solid word on what is coming for the next Mortal Kombat title, but the teasing keeps coming. The latest states it is almost time, so it feels like it could be something in the near future from NetherRealm Studios. We will have to wait and see. Until then, though, we can speculate on what is going on with the next Mortal Kombat title based on the fact of what was recently shared for it all. A teaser that makes it feel like we will not be seeing a true twelfth title in the mix but possibly a reboot back to the first game.
So these speculations come up from the new teaser for Mortal Kombat as it looks like a countdown clock that is heading to twelve, but then jumps to go back to one. We all could be reading into it all more than we should be, but it could make sense. It could also be something linking into the whole timeline bit from the Mortal Kombat line so far too. I am sure that in the coming weeks when all of the shows start up, we will get a true trailer, teaser, or announcement to look forward to. I just hope it is not a full reboot or remake of the first title and something new for the IP.

What do you think is going on here for the next Mortal Kombat and do you think it is a reboot? Could this all be a rouse to make us think something different is coming and it is just a massive collection of all of the titles? Would you want a full remaster of the original game or are the remakes getting to be a bit much? Head into the comment section and fight over all of this while discussing it all. Once we have a bigger announcement for this Mortal Kombat, it will be shared here. Please keep checking in for all of that and everything else along the way.
