by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 29th of July 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
A new trailer for Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare has been released showing a bit more gameplay and what the campaign mode's story will be all about If you were wondering what the story behind Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare was going to be then you have to wait no longer. If you are one of those lunks who thinks that Call Of Duty is only a multiplayer experience then you can skip all of these hard words to read and just watch the pretty pictures in the video below. Although I am sure that all of you in that category will be upset as this is all about the solo campaign and the overall story for Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare. You know, the reason we are shooting at the "bad guys" in the game. Read More...

Here Is The Extended Tekken 7 Trailer Straight Out Of SDCC
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 29th of July 2014 - 01:00 PM ]
The extended trailer for Tekken 7 was shown at SDCC this year and we have it here for you to see Well I guess Namco kept their promise of showing more of Tekken 7 at SDCC this year. Although I am pretty sure this was not what fans of the franchise were looking forward to when said promise was made. In fact, if I was as rabid of a fan for Tekken as I am for other franchises I would be a little put out and upset with such a tease. That is all because nothing more than a very small bit of Tekken 7's story has been released surrounded by the same visuals we already had. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 28th of July 2014 - 01:00 PM ]
A new trailer out of SDCC for LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham shows off the voice actors of the game If you didn't know by now, LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham is being slated as having the largest cast of characters from the DC Universe. I had the pleasure of seeing a good chunk of these characters at SDCC last week, look forward to a hands on article, but if you don't want to wait you can get a glimpse at a bunch of the characters and those who voice them in the below trailer. You also get to hear a bit on what the actors thought about LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham too; this includes an appearance from Adam West. See all of this from LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham reminds me of the old days when the LEGO games were all voiced in grunts and mumbles. Read More...

Looks Like We Get To Go Under The Red Hood In Batman: Arkham Knight
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 25th of July 2014 - 03:00 PM ]
GameStop has announced that they will have an exclusive DCL pack for Batman: Arkham Knight that adds the Red Hood's Story It looks like we are getting more to Batman: Arkham Knight than just the Harley Quinn story pack. That is at least if you are pre-ordering the game for your local GameStop and nowhere else. None the less it is confirmed now that we are getting more story DLC for Batman: Arkham Knight in the form of the Red Hood and it doesn't look like the Joker's version of the Red Hood either. I'm thinking that it is more like the recent animated series and comic ark but that will most likely be told during the play through. Read More...

So What Does The Original Cast From Aliens Think Of Alien Isolation?
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 25th of July 2014 - 01:00 PM ]
A new trailer show a behind the scenes look and interviews with the original cast coming together for Alien Isolation's DLC If you had that wonder mentioned above for Alien Isolation then we can put that to rest for now. In fact it sounds like the original cast seems to like the overall idea of Alien Isolation and the two bits of DLC they all worked on for us. In case you forgot that would be the Crew Expendable and Last Survivor packs that cause quite a stir a little while ago. I'm still not sure why but if the original cast is behind it that is at least a good sign right? Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 24th of July 2014 - 01:00 PM ]
New images and details about Halo: Nightfall have emerged from SDCC showing off the actor charged with portraying him I know all of you Halo fans out there are probably losing your shit right now as the announcement of the closure of Xbox Entertainment Studios could have rocked the boat for Halo: Nightfall. Well the good news is that at least this project doesn't look to be affected by the closure announcement. Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain's Realism 'Fools' New Studio
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 22nd of July 2014 - 03:00 PM ]
A screenshot from the upcoming Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain looked real enough to be used for real news This news report has since been updated but it feels more like a PR spin than truly admitting that they screwed up and used an image from Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain to shock people into believing their propaganda or at least listen to what they were saying. "News" outlet RT and show SophieCo were recently covering a story on children soldiers and were speaking to a former child soldier when the camera panned by and showed a scene from the next Kojima game. Like I said, it has since been updated to state that they knew it was from a video game but I have a feeling that is just to save face as something like this could ruin what the discussion was actually about. A new trailer for Destiny has been released showing off some of the timed-exclusive DLC If you were curious on what came in the Vanguard Armory pre-order bonus for Destiny then you need not wait any longer. For all of you who don't have to wait until Fall of 2015 here is what you will be getting if you pre-ordered Destiny on the PS4 or PS3. A nice little tease for all of those not in that sub-group but at least you will now know why all the K/D ratios are skewed…well maybe. Granted, all of the above is only for those out of the gate as this content is available to all who play through Destiny, it's just those pre-order people will have access on day one on the specific consoles. The Evil Within Has Had Yet Another Release Date Change
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 18th of July 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
During the Bethesda conference at Quakecon there was an announcement of a third release date for The Evil Within Unlike what will happen when playing The Evil Within, calm down. This is not another piece of bad news for The Evil Within but it is a bit of good as it was let loose that the game is now coming out a week earlier now. That means that evil will be taking hold on October 14th now instead of the 21st. That is as long as Bethesda doesn't change their minds after what they claimed at Quakecon here recently. Styx: Master Of Shadows Will Make You Believe In Goblinsâ¦
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 18th of July 2014 - 03:00 PM ]
A new trailer for Styx: Master Of Shadows has been released to show off the main goblin doing what he does best Last month we were able to re-watch the E3 gameplay for Styx: Master Of Shadows and it looks to be the perfect Thief-like game to me. Now we have a nice little extra look at a bit of gameplay and a bit more on the story that will be taking place during the game. It isn't all that much more but it is something for what I am seeing as a sleeper hit coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC this upcoming September. I just kind of wish we had a more direct release date for the game but we have the month at least. Read More...
