Vampyr A few new screenshots for Vampyr have been released and with those come a few updates on how combat in Vampyr will actually work We've seen the combat in Vampyr a bit in motion already but there wasn't any real explanation on how it all plays or why we need to do anything other than the amazing supernatural attacks that we've seen Jonathan do. I think this is part and partial to Dontnod not really showing much of the game since it was officially announced but also, as I am sure, Focus Home Interactive wanted them to hold off so they could hype the game a bit more. Mafia 3 Another gameplay video for Mafia 3 has been released and this one shows off the various forms of combat Mafia 3 will give us One of the key points in Mafia 3 was of course all of the crazy combat that we've seen since the first announcement of the game. It has been showcased many times by Hangar 13 over the last few months and apparently it looks like 2K Games thinks that we may still not fully grasp what we are going to get to do in the game. Dishonored 2 New gameplay for Dishonored 2 has been released as well as another pre-order incentive that could put Dishonored 2 in your hands early There are some cool things going on for Dishonored 2 right now and hopefully you are lucky enough to be around them. If you haven't been paying attention, Bethesda is hosting a few small events that the public can go to check out the game a bit early. For those not lucky enough to be near any of those events, there is still hope for you as it looks like Arkane Studios has put together another great bit of gameplay for Dishonored 2 as well as given a new reason to pre-order the game before November 11th. Minecraft We sit down and review Minecraft: Story Mode — A Journey's End?. This is the final episode of Telltale's take on Mojang's famed Minecraft franchise. Here's our review on how they did He we go with the final leg of Minecraft: Story Mode as the eight episode of the IP has been released and we can see how this story is finally going to end. It has been one trek for us with Telltale Games and Mojang's franchise as we were given a story to a game that generally doesn't have one set up. PlayStation The PlayStation Experience registration site has been updated and show dates for 2016 and a new location the PlayStation Experience too Just like last year, if you were wondering if the PlayStation Experience was coming back for another romp this year then you can rest assured as it is announced as of right now. Last year we caught wind of it all a bit earlier on but now it looks like they have been holding out a bit longer as it looks like the dates and location for this year's event have shown up on the event's website. Battlefield 1 A new trailer for Battlefield 1 has been released alongside some new information on Battlefield 1's story will play out for us all We are just a month out from Battlefield 1 finally launching and we've had some solid looks at just how multiplayer is going to work and feel. At least if you've been keeping up with all of the gameplay videos that DICE had put together and were lucky enough to take part in the beta test that EA hosted for us. All of this is fine and good but we also know that Battlefield 1 has a campaign mode mixed in for its October 21st launch on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC and there has been little talk about what the story is going to be here and who we are going to be playing as. Beyond Good & Evil A new bit of art has popped up from the mind behind Beyond Good & Evil and it looks like it could be a tease for Beyond Good & Evil 2… or not… You know it's a slow news week when something like a possible tease for Beyond Good & Evil 2 can stir the pot so much. I'm not saying that it isn't a huge thing or that I don't care about this franchise but with all of the other things going on at Ubisoft you would think that we could see more out there. None the less though it does look like Beyond Good & Evil 2 may be getting a solid tease out there from the creator of the original as a new bit of art has popped up and it is causing all kinds of speculation. Batman We sit down and review Batman: The Telltale Series — Children Of Arkham. This is the second episode of Telltale's take on the Batman franchise. Here's our review on how they did The time has come and the second episode of Batman: The Telltale Series is here and we get to see if the momentum from the first episode keeps going or not. Telltale Games did knock it out of the part with the first episode for me but with the chance that the story could change drastically or the gameplay could falter at any episode there is a chance. None the less this should be when all hell breaks loose in the story and builds toward the true climax in some way just as all Batman comics, games, and films usually do by this point. Read More...

Sundered A new title, Sundered, has been announced and Sundered looks to bring back some of the great Metroid and Castlevania platforming to us all In the mix of all the larger titles that are being announced and shown off here as of late it is a bit refreshing to see a smaller title like Sundered get the full announcement and everything. This would be the follow up title from Thunder Lotus Games here that brings us back into the Metroid and Castlevania style of gameplay all with some amazing hand-drawn art. I'm not talking that Sundered has hand-drawn art here to look at in terms of concept but that the game is going to have that look and feel in the final game when it launches in 2017 for the PS4, Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms. Watch Dogs 2 A story trailer for Watch Dogs 2 has been released and now we get to see the crew that Watch Dogs 2 will be assembling for us all It looks like Watch Dogs 2 isn't going to be its own fully contained story here as we have a few more familiar faces coming back for the new game in the latest trailer. When the game was first announced Ubisoft made it clear they wanted a franchise and not standalone titles and it looks like we have a clearer link between it all in the story outside of hackers and the ctOS system that we had to manipulate before. Mafia 3 Another fifteen minutes of Mafia 3 gameplay has been shown at Gamescom and TGS and we have that Mafia 3 gameplay right here for you In just about two weeks we are going to be getting Mafia 3 on our PS4, Xbox One, or PC. It's crazy to think that the date is approaching that fast and I bet Hangar 13 is going a little mad with anticipation given the October 7th release date. Titanfall 2 A new trailer for Titanfall 2 is here and it shows off just how the pilots of Titanfall 2 will play out in the grander scheme The last big update we had for Titanfall 2 was a solid look at all of the titans that we'll get to use in the game when it launches on October 28th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. They are some solid units there but are still only one half of the equation that Respawn has for us here and now we get to see how the other half spend their time. Yes 2K Games announced that new mobile game earlier in the week but I'm talking about an update for the Hangar 13 version of the game that will have us all buried in our systems trying to run everything in New Bordeaux. Little Nightmares New gameplay details for Little Nightmares have popped up as well as a little bit on what is going on in Little Nightmares' story If you were paying close attention back at Gamescom you would have heard about Little Nightmares getting a nice little tease and announcement. This would be a new 3D platforming title from Tarsier Studios that looks like something inspired by the dreams of Tim Burton. Of course there is a lot more going on with Little Nightmares than just that but for the first trailer that Bandai Namco brought us for the game that is all we had to see.
