World War Z
The release date for World War Z is now set down and we can expect to be in the mix of World War Z again this coming April
It is starting to look like April will be a month full of the undead as we have the release date for World War Z and it is placing it right in the mix of it all on the 16th. All the zombie killing fun you can imagine and, thankfully, this one will not be only on the PS4 but also the Xbox One and PC. Just in case you feel like you are missing out with some of those console exclusive titles, Saber Interactive has you covered. Also for any of those out there who are still waiting for more of the World War Z experience in general as it looks as if this will be the only other installment to the franchise. At least as of right now.
If you missed out on the trailer we had for World War Z last week, you are in luck as you do not need to look back for it as it is the same one being used here to announce the release date. Seems odd to have done it that way, but it is what it is. You can see more of the hordes and weapons in action here for the game and a little sample of the pre-order extras you can get with the game. A few more weapons to go on a killing spree with is about it for now. Not like we could expect much more for World War Z as it does seem to be a rather contained experience we will have here. Maybe more stories will come in the future? Maybe?
World War Z — Release Date
Saber Interactive, in partnership with Focus Home Interactive, has announced that World War Z, the highly anticipated co-op shooter inspired by Paramount Pictures’ blockbuster film, will launch on April 16, 2019, for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC via the Epic Games store.
How do you think World War Z is going to fair while releasing with other zombie games right around it? Do you think it will stand on its own as it will be multiplatform or will it get lost in the mix of the larger titles releasing around the same time? Do you think there is a chance we could see more expansion for the game in the future or will it be the core stories and that will be it? Let us have all of what is on your mind down in the comments and then discuss. We will certainly have more for World War Z in the future and when we do, it will be on the site. All you need to do is keep checking back in.
