Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Has Revealed The Battle We Will Soon Be Fighting

Modern Warfare

The reveal of Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is here, and we have a new location this Modern Warfare will take us

It is that time of year, again, and here we go with the announcement for Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 4. The next of the main game reveals for the IP with Infinity Ward behind the wheel of it all. One of the better versions of the IP, in my opinion, and it looks as if they are striving to keep that a constant out there. Not only in the visuals, but taking us to locations in the world that we do not normally get to see in these FPS titles. That all said, we have a reveal to look at for Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 as we all wait to see if it will make up for the lackluster titles as of late in the IP on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, and PC. Along with taking us all to the Korean Peninsula to help quell a full-scale invasion that is going down within the game world.

As the story of things is about to go down on October 23rd, Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 will be placing us in a world where North Korea starts a full-scale invasion of South Korea. Just about the same time that our good old Captain Price is taking on a personal war in the shadows with missions that put him right there in the mix of things. Sadly, as war usually does, things spill out of control and will have us hitting up a few other places we have seen in the Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare line before, all so we can shoot our way to peace for the general public and civilians of the world. Toss in a lot of the same multiplayer and other modes we all know from the IP, and we have the game rounded out for us. You can see the full reveal a bit further down, and see that we might be getting a true campaign to the IP of it all and not another online-only experience that made so many not want to engage with the last Call Of Duty title. I know I was not a fan of that.

Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 — Reveal

No line holds forever.

October 23, 2026.

War erupts on the Korean Peninsula as North Korea launches a full-scale invasion that threatens to destabilize the world in Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 4. A young squad of South Korean soldiers fights to survive on the collapsing front lines, while half a world away, a vengeful Captain Price wages a personal war from the shadows as he stays one step ahead of those hunting him. As Price’s off-book mission collides with the forces behind the invasion, the war spreads beyond anyone’s control.

Developed by Infinity Ward, Modern Warfare 4 pushes the series into darker and more dangerous territory, where consequence and escalation bring long-running storylines to a powerful and emotional breaking point. Campaign drops players into trench warfare in Korea, close-quarters combat in New York, high-octane chases through Paris, SAS night raids in Mumbai, and city-wide assaults to reclaim occupied territory. Multiplayer delivers grounded, precise combat where fluid movement, player choice, and greater control define every engagement. In DMZ, players operate as an off-the-books asset behind enemy lines, where every extraction run into contested territory forces hard choices about which objectives to pursue, what to secure, and when to get out.

Do you think that Modern Warfare 4 will get the IP back to what we love, or will it be just another sloppy title pushed out there to keep the multiplayers happy? Are you glad to see that we are heading into some different locations, and how many others will be truly new once we are able to see it all go live? What new gameplay mechanics do you hope we will get to see in this title, or are you someone who enjoys having the same old things time and time again? Let us have that discussion in the comment section down the page here. Now that we know Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is on the way, we can expect all manner of updates to come from it. Updates that we will have in the mix out there for you on the website and all of our social channels. Please follow along to see and hear about all of that as we head into the future and launch of it all.
