Backrooms
Another adventure into the Backrooms is here, as we have the console launch of Escape The Backrooms kicking off today
Just in time for the upcoming film release in the IP, we have the console release for Escape The Backrooms hitting us all. As in, the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S gamers can no-clip into the liminal space out there to see what the PC gamers have had for a while now. Not to mention, another solid push for those who played the game so long ago to give it a go and see the new stuff that Fancy Games and Secret Mode might have slipped in there. It is hard to tell what else might be going on in this version of the Backrooms, but we have a launch trailer to help us all out with that. So, let's get hyped up for the film and the game to come back out there and drag us all into some new levels of horror.
For those who missed out when Escape The Backrooms launched before, this is a 1-4 player co-op title where we head into the new space to explore the spaces, avoid the entities, and maybe survive it all to the end. That last art is not guaranteed. Spanning across more than 30 levels, there's a whole lot to explore. With the fun little update that this will be available to do over cross-play. The only massive update that seems to be here for the launch of Escape The Backrooms, but that's perfectly fine. It will allow the teams to try to expand things further, as we all have fun with the game. Something that I am certain will see another uptick after this weekend with the coming film. See, it all links back to gaming in some way, as some of the commenters have asked after this whole thing exploded a bit more in the past. But, now I'm off-topic.
Escape The Backrooms — Console Launch Trailer
Escape The Backrooms has no-clipped onto consoles and is now available on Xbox Series X|S – including all tiers of PC and Xbox Game Pass - and PlayStation 5!
Team up with these new folks using the brand-new cross-platform lobby code system, create new friends and memories, and most importantly, dance around the party table in Level Fun while humming You Day and chugging Almond Water! Oh, and not dying, I suppose…
Are you ready to experience all that The Backrooms has to offer out there? Have you played this title on the PC, and now glad that your console friends can join in? Will this allow the team to expand the game beyond the limits it currently has? Are co-op games scary to you, or will you always try to survive all of these solo if you can? Let's hear it all out in the comment section down the page here. We'll have anything else we can get for Escape The Backrooms, but there's no guarantee that there will be anything further. If there is, we'll have it on the site and all of our socials. So, please follow all of them to make sure you are able to keep up with it all as best as we can.
