SPINE Shows Off Some New Camerawork With Some Spray Paint

SPINE

New footage for SPINE is out and it highlights how the camera will play into the Gun Fu of SPINE to keep things exciting

It has been a little bit of time since the last update we saw for SPINE, so now it is time for another short and sweet one to get us hyped up again. This would be that Gun Fu game that Nekki is working on for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC just in case you forgot that was the case. With a title like SPINE, it could be easy to forget all of that. Thankfully, in the new gameplay we have highlighted how the camerawork will be used to make all of the Gun Fu action hit harder. Along with the use of spray paint in the game to lean into the cyberpunk aesthetic a little bit more too. Not exactly what one would think for a game like this, but it is what it is for now.

The dynamic camerawork for SPINE does look like it is going to add a whole lot of flare to the game and scenes we are going to be blasting our way through. It is hard to tell how much of a direction we are going to have on it all from this video, but it does hit in all of the correct ways. Along with the paint that will hit in all of the right ways of our enemies in SPINE so they will have a blast of color in their life while also getting hindered from being able to see us. A nice little splash of things to remind us that the game is coming still and that it will house a whole lot of other fun beyond just shooting and the flashing mechanical spine we will have implanted on our protagonist. Have a look and see how well it hits for you.

Are you hyped back up for SPINE again after seeing all of this or will you need longer gameplay to pull you back in? Will we be able to use the spray paint on everyone and everything in the game or will it just be a basic mechanic to make things slightly easier? Will we get to control the camera at all or be able to re-cut some of the scenes to playback in fun other ways? Shoot up the comment section with all of those thoughts about this and anything else that comes to mind in the discussion. We will share all that we can for SPINE in the coming weeks so we can stay as hyped up for the game as we can. Please keep on checking back in for all of that fun and much, much more.
