Marvel Rivals Has Added In Some New Fun Things For The Maps In The Game

Marvel Rivals

Things have been shaken up further for Marvel Rivals with the maps getting a bit more interactive to keep Marvel Rivals feeling fresh

Just under two weeks now and we can all experience what Marvel Rivals is going to give us in a final-ish form. It is an ongoing game with Season 0 of content dropping on December 6th, so it is hard to say the final form. That and when you see that NetEase Games is still adding in some massive changes to it all this late in the game, we can expect so much more down the line. Oh, those massive changes? Well, that is what we have to dive into now for Marvel Rivals and see what to expect in terms of maps, character stats, and how they are going to handle some of the cheating that could happen between the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

All of this news comes right from the source as the team behind Marvel Rivals wants to make things a bit more transparent with players as the fanbase has requested. That is, after the launch of the game, we will have the ability to see all of the individual stats for all of the characters through a new web portal. This is apparently something most of you wanted and not it is going to be a thing. Then there is a hint of how they are handling cheating, but mostly through some form of AI that can catch players within seven matches. Lastly, Marvel Rivals' maps are getting a whole lot of fun interactions mixed in. Like the Wakanda map will have some of the elder gods summoned in if we destroy things along the way, the Hydra base will be moving and shifting as security protocols are fired off, and the Klyntar world will have the symbiotes reshaping to fit our needs or to fight back depending on how we treat it. A nice little touch I wish we would have seen in the beta.

Marvel Rivals — Dev Vision Vol. 2

We’ll be releasing 4 new maps on top of the maps from our Closed Beta Test for Quick Match and Competitive Modes including the Intergalactic Empire of Wakanda featuring Birnin T’Challa and the Hall of Djalia, Hydra Charteris Base: Hell’s Heaven, Klyntar: Symbiotic Surface.

We are so appreciative of your support throughout this journey and we can’t wait to Ignite the Battle with you on December 6th!

Are you glad to see all of these changes and updates coming for Marvel Rivals and did you really think these were what the fans wanted? What will be the point of seeing the basic numbers behind the scenes and how will that give anyone an edge when it comes down to skill? Are you impressed with the way they are making the various maps have new interactions and destructible sequences? Let us have all of those new thoughts dropped down in the comment section and then feel free to discuss it all as you so wish to do. We are going to have a lot more for Marvel Rivals on the site and channels, so please keep your eyes glued there for all of those updates. As long as the team is able to keep the promises we have heard so far, this does look like it could be the next massive new thing for us to kill so much time with.
