Star Wars
The Star Wars universe is further expanded as we gear up for the full launch of Star Wars Outlaws this week
Since Gamescom has come and gone, we can now look forward to the games releasing after the event with Star Wars Outlaws being one of the bigger ones on the way. It is landing this week on August 30th for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC with Massive Entertainment getting things fully ready for us still. While they are doing that, though, it looks like Ubisoft is ready to take us a little further behind the scenes for Star Wars Outlaws and showing off how many of the characters and new worlds we will soon be exploring came to life. Let us take all of that in as we wait for the full release of the game. It will help pass the time for those who need the distraction.
All of what was mentioned above comes to us with a few new behind-the-scenes videos out there for Star Wars Outlaws. Some that highlight how the characters are voiced and the talent that went into making all of that. Some show off some of the various other things we can do in the game's world that will keep us entertained beyond just doing missions. Even if it is fun to know that we can opt to turn missions in to other syndicates out there and completely mess with our reputation in the game. I am guessing that is why Star Wars Outlaws will host the various gambling and other mini-games to help take our minds off of all of that as we pull the stunts. A lot of fun and things crammed into the game for us to explore. Here are a few more of those highlights so you can kill some time until you can play it fully.
Star Wars Outlaws — Building An Open World
As you dive into the open world of Star Wars Outlaws, you will have a wide range of activities available to you. The developers from Massive Entertainment break down this open world, filled with points of interest to catch your attention, along with plenty of things to stumble upon, such as hidden treasures, games of Sabacc, betting on Fathier races, arcade games, contract brokers, and more.
Star Wars Outlaws — Bringing Nix & ND-5 To Life
In Star Wars Outlaws, you play as scoundrel Kay Vess (Humberly González), but she won’t be exploring the galaxy alone. Kay and her loyal companion Nix (Dee Bradley Baker) are an inseparable duo, and rounding out their ultimate outlaw crew is ND-5 (Jay Rincon), a BX commando droid experienced in the underworld. The developers and actors behind Nix and ND-5 discuss their backstories, personalities, motivations, and their connection to Kay, and walk through how they were designed and created.
Star Wars Outlaws — Launch Trailer
If you’re willing to take the risk, the galaxy is full of opportunity.
Coming August 30th, 2024.
Are you glad to see how the voice actors were able to bring these new characters to the Star Wars IP to life and will the new species show up in other things? Will we get bogged down too much in the various side quests that having an arcade shooter or racing game will be needed? How many times will we be able to double-cross the other syndicates out there before they shut us down completely? Speed on down to the comment section to let us have those thoughts. With Star Wars Outlaws dropping soon, we expect to have more to share with you for the game. If anything, we know there will be more for all of the expansions too. Keep on checking back to see and hear about all of those things as they flow out there.
