Assassin's Creed Victory Has Ironically Been Announced?

It looks like the next Assassin's Creed title has been kind of announced in the way of Assassin's Creed Victory which takes place in Victorian London Yes, I find it funny that we are hearing word of Assassin's Creed Victory, at least in code-name form, with the recent blunders from Assassin's Creed Unity and Assassin's Creed Rogue here not too long ago. None the less it looks like we have a glimpse of the next annualized addition to the franchise in the way of Assassin's Creed Victory.
