Just Cause
A new breakdown of how supply drops in Just Cause 4 are going to work and help you cause even more chaos…Just Cause
Not a huge surprise that Supply Drops will be back in Just Cause 4. It is really the only way we are going to be able to keep using and reusing all of those items Avalanche Studios will be cramming into the game here. Outside of running around and trying to find them all again or unlocking them in other ways. Something that would bog down Just Cause 4 when all we want to do is cause all kinds of chaos and such. That is not the big news here though as it looks like things are being changed up for this feature of the game and we have a nice little taste before the December 4th release on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
The general aspect of it will be back in Just Cause 4, but we will also be able to better place the drop than just throwing up a beacon and hoping for the best. It may not seem like a big thing, but when you want your escape vehicle dropped in a specific direction, it can make a huge difference. That or if you want to specifically drop a large boat in an area to destroy a specific thing, you can see how it will be set up before. A nice little new feature. But that is not the only change coming to the system for Just Cause 4.
The cooldown system will be altered a bit here than in past Just Cause titles as we will be able to expand the number of pilots in the game. Each of them having their own cooldown, but when you have multiple options it can seem like things are not so long in between. Also, given that we will have so many different pilots in Just Cause 4, we can set them up to only drop specific things in a Quick Drop and they will only drop that. This is to make sure you do not have to keep going through all of the different options in the game each time you want to call something in. Not too shabby.
Just Cause 4 — Supply Drop
Did somebody order a tank?
With a total of 7 unlockable pilots, the precise and rotatable ‘ghost’ container, and a crazy amount of new vehicles and toys added, the Rebel Drop has been upgraded to the Supply Drop with style.
No more beacons are needed, as this time your pilots will have a cooldown mechanic. The speedy Quick Drop function also allows you to speedily request a specific item without having to go back into the Menu each time.
What do you think about the new Supply Drop system for Just Cause 4 that we will be getting here? Do you think they may be too many options from Avalanche Studios here in the game or just the right level? How about the new cooldown system that will be part of it all as well? Let us all know down in the comments and then feel free to discuss. As we find more for Just Cause 4, we will have it here on the site for you. Just be sure to keep checking back in to see and hear it all.
