Darksiders III Will Take Us To The Hollows To Fight Lava Beasts

Darksiders

A new gameplay snippet for Darksiders III is here and shows us a new location in Darksiders III and other creatures we will need to take down

We finally have a bit more for Darksiders III to take a look at here as it seems like Gunfire Games has been a bit on the quiet side of things for the title lately. That or it has been THQ Nordic holding things back for unspecified reasons to build more anticipation for their game. Nonetheless, here we are with another small glimpse of the game with some more actual gameplay. Something other than the gameplay we have seen for Darksiders III a few times since the game was announced and demoed a few times out there. We need more than just the same Sloth fight scene to carry us over as we wait to see all of the other deadly sins that Fury is going to be fighting for reasons yet to be fully discussed.

Here we go into an area labeled as The Hollows in Darksiders III. It looks like an underground, lava-filled location that we will need to smash, swing, and fight through to get to our objective. As is the case with most games out there, this area is filled with generic monsters to fight but also large brute type characters that will require a bit of skill on our side to make sure Fury does not get taken down by them. It may not be much for Darksiders III, but it is what we have as we head off into 2018 when the game is supposed to launch. I am sure there will be more, but this is what we have so do enjoy it all.

Darksiders III — Fighting A Lava Brute

Get your first look at Darksiders III in many months, as Fury hops through The Hollows and fights a Lava Brute.

Did you figure that we would be seeing a level or area like this in Darksiders III as it has been in all of the other ones so far? Do you think that we will get to see Fury use her firearms more in the near future or will it all be whip action and not much else? Who do you think rules this area or will it just be what we have to go through to get to War to progress the story a bit further? Give us all of those thoughts down in the comments and then discuss. Once we get more for Darksiders III though, we will place it up here on the site. Keep checking back in to make sure you get to see it all.
