Tekken 7 Is Crossing Games Again As Noctis Joins In The Fight

Tekken

The third DLC character for Tekken 7 is here and it looks like Tekken 7 is going to be getting a bit of Final Fantasy XV in it

Someone was sitting around and wondering what else needs to be part of Tekken 7 and what the game needed more of it seems. At least that is how I like to think about the process that Bandai Namco starts off with when they try to figure out what their game needs to have added to it to improve it all. That is also how I think Tekken 7's latest DLC character has come to light as I see someone thinking, "You what this game needs more of? Final Fantasy XV." You know, because Noctis is now the next DLC character to join the roster of fighters in the game. At least when the DLC lands on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC Spring of next year.

At first it may sound a bit off at first for Tekken 7, but after looking at the following trailer I can see how it makes sense. At least when it all comes to the combat side of things as it does fit very well and looks to mix in what we know from Final Fantasy XV very well in here. It also looks like Noctis will have a full complement of abilities that he would normally have outside of the Summons. Of course that makes sense as that would totally break Tekken 7 if he could bring those along, but at least he has his Engine Blade and some of the magic he had before. All to better take down everyone in his way of completing the new mission he is being tasked with.

Have a look at Noctis here for Tekken 7 now though and be the judge for yourself. Then get ready to wait until sometime in the Spring for the character to actually show up to be added in. That could be quite a wait knowing how all of this can normally go.

Tekken 7 — Noctis Lucis Caelum Reveal

Noctis Lucis Caelum from Final Fantasy XV enters the Tekken 7 ring! Wielding his signature Engine Blade, Noctis is ready to deal heavy hard-hitting blows as he takes on the likes of Yoshimitsu, Devil Jin, Jack 7, and the rest of the Tekken 7 fighters when he enters the King of Iron Fist Tournament in spring 2018!

Is Noctis the character you were hoping for in Tekken 7 or is it a shocker to see? Do you like the way his combat looks to flow in here or is it a bit off-putting to see him over here in a tighter arena of fighting? Do you think that there will be a good reason as to how he is powered down for these fights or will it be just "gaming magic" to explain it all? Let us know down in the comments and then discuss.
