Sounds kind of nice at first, then you find out that she essentially a healer that can resurrect all of the enemies you've already killed with but a scream. I'm not sure if this is going to be one of those creatures that inspire the panic to kill right away or just plain get annoying after killing everything in a room only to have her bring them all back. It is nice to know that once you kill her all of the raised dead die out to, or at least that is how it is made to be in the below video. Hopefully that is the case.

This brings a wrap to the "Heavy Hitters" that Irrational is showing for BioShock Infinite. I do kind of wish that they showed a bit more, like they did with the Motorized Patriot, than we got with the last three. Hopefully that will just lend to the shock and awe of the game once we all start playing through. Or at least until YouTube is flooded with videos spoiling the experience.
