Loads Of Details On The Great PSN Outage Of 2011

There have been a few more questions answered about Trophies, Friends and possible restitution for PSN/PS+ members. Here is the link.

</UPDATE>

The PSN is still down. It's been down for over a week now. I have questions. You have questions. Hells, we all have questions. It would be insane not to have questions about what is going on with the hacked PSN. Most of us have sensitive information on there in regards to identity, it would be nice to know what the hells is going on.

Well thankfully the PS Blog has been updated with some information. Nothing in regards of whom, but at least they are certain that 90% of the information has been stolen. Everything except your Credit Card info to be exact and there are not even sure if that was taken. At least if it was taken it was encrypted, so we have that going for us right? Yippy…

There is still no info on when we can all get back to our online gaming, although rumors of this weekend have floated around. There is also no other real information out there except that they have top men working on finding out who perpetrated this and how. But they are on top of it.

Let's hope this is all resolved and they catch the people behind it. If not to punish them for taking away gamers' ability to play online, but more for trying to steal upwards of 77 million identities. That is if all the PSN users put down real information on all the accounts. I'm sure the number there is lower, but you never know.
