The list of free video games hitting the PlayStation systems in May has been released, and there are some great video games included in the mix

A new month is almost upon us here with May, and that means new video games that we are going to get for free. Well, you will get video games for free if you are part of the PlayStation Plus service. If you are, then you may be in for a treat as the list of titles going live starting next month is here, and we have it for you. Again, we get to expand our titles on the PS4 and PS5 without needing to make any extra purchases at our local stores. Let us have a look at what will be coming as part of the lowest tier of the service that gamers out there can pick up.

It has started to feel as if the PlayStation+ options are starting to get totally lackluster when it comes to the Essentials level. Three more titles that are not much to write home about unless you are already in the group of gamers who already enjoy these titles. Maybe Nine Sols could be something that might grab the attention of new gamers out there, but another EA Sports title does not feel like it is what the masses want out there. We cannot even place the blame on other bigger titles releasing in the mix to cause them to pull back on things. Like many of you out there, I am starting to question why we are even paying for this service when one of the "benefits" is always something to ignore each month at this point.
