It Is Time To Learn A Bit More Of The Art Of Gore Coming With Invincible VS

Invincible

Go behind the scenes with Invincible VS, as we get to see how the animated version of Invincible is coming to life in the game

Now that the open beta for Invincible VS has come to an end, we need a little bit to keep us all going until April 30th when the game fully lands on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. At least for those who have been sold on what Skybound and Quarter Up have been working on after getting to test things a bit. This all means that we are hitting the stage where we get to go behind the scenes a bit more with Invincible VS to see how they are taking the game from page, to series, to the video game world out there. Well, more from the animated show to the video game, but that will all become clearer once you head into the back rooms with the team to see how the team did all of that. A look that we have for you just a little bit further down now.

While there is not much new to the process that was used for Invincible VS over other titles, there does look to be some fun that was had with it all. The team went about the usual process of looking at the source, coming up with some concepts, taking those into 3D, then rigging, and finally animating them all. All while trying to keep the look and feel of the show, and to help highlight what makes each of the characters different. A fun little bit that the team got to go into was making sure that they could capture little details, like Omni-Man's mustache or the materials of Invincible's goggles. Something that could have gone overlooked, but I am certain the fans of the IP will enjoy when they get to play it all live in a few weeks. Head behind the scenes with the team in the following video, if you want to know a bit more about how the game was made.

Did you expect that Invincible VS was going to have much of a different process to bring the game to life, or does it all flow about as expected for you? Is it nice to see that we have the little details coming over in the game, or will the action be too intense for many to even notice all of that? Will it be good to see that the gore will be in the game, but left in a state that is not there to make us all cringe? Let us hear it all out in the comment section further down the page here. We still have a bit more for Invincible VS on the way, so please keep checking back in for all of those updates and the many others we still have in the works. You might also want to follow all of our social channels to see when we have that all go live on the website. Along with joining the fun of our team as we discuss it all.
