Silent Hill
Hear the music coming to Silent Hill: Townfall with a little look around the lands we will walk in this Silent Hill title
If there is one IP that is well-known for its score and haunting music, it is this one, and that means that Silent Hill: Townfall has a lot to live up to. I cannot think of many gamers out there who would not know the game based on one or two of the songs played in it. That is why, I am sure, that Screen Burn and Konami reached out to Pilotpriest to help compose the music for the game and take us all back into the world of Silent Hill. Even if this one does seem to take place away from the original town we all wandered in. Something that is further highlighted as we have the new song called "Home" to hear, and a look at the areas in St. Amelia that we are going to need to navigate the fog to get through.
Even though there was little doubt before, we have it locked in that they knew the assignment that was given and brought it to us. That is, the following song we have here certainly sounds like it would fit into the Silent Hill universe, but still feels a little foreign to make sure we know this is not the usual location. It is supposed to be taking place on a Scottish island instead of the usual North American areas. Something that is highlighted very well in the action shots we have for St Amelia in Silent Hill: Townfall. That is something else that has a very specific look and feels like it could be slid right into any of the past titles in the IP without much effort. Just as we have all been hoping and looking forward to when it comes to the next big titles in the line. Have a look and a listen to all of that, just a few more pixels down the page from here. You are certainly going to enjoy it all.

Did you have any worry that this was not going to look and sound like a Silent Hill game, or have you just been waiting to hear all of that until now? Will the rest of the music hit the same way, and will this be the main theme of the game we will hear many times over? How do you think the darker side of it all will look and sound, and will we see many new creatures to haunt the fog out there?
