Dispatch
The Switch launch for Dispatch is finally here, and you can play Dispatch on any version of the console today
It took a bit of time, but those looking to experience the story and fun of Dispatch on the Switch and Switch 2, well, today is the day for you. The game has fully launched out there with AdHoc Studio bringing the full game drop on the two consoles. Something that I am sure those playing Dispatch on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC were hoping would have happened instead of the episodic releases, but it is what it is. I will never understand it, and I hope we get away from that release cycle, but that is not why we are here today with this game. We have two more ways to play it, and we can take it on the go with us. Just as you would always like to do with your superhero switchboard operator simulation video games.
Without spoiling much, in Dispatch, we will be taking on the role of a hero who has fallen from grace and had their father killed in the mix. Not to mention the loss of their Mecha Man suit, so while recovering and repairs are being made, they are needed elsewhere to help save the populace out in the world. That is where we will be taking up our spot behind the switchboard to send out the various other superheroes in the world to save the day. Along with dealing with office politics and all of the other basic things a day job comes with. All over the course of eight episodes, that will tell the story of Dispatch as we make choices and gear up again to bring the bigger villain to justice. Toss in a dash of big names in the voice acting world, and now you know what you missed out on from before now. You can also just have a look at the new video we have to announce this new launch.
Dispatch — Switch Launch Trailer
Dispatch is out now on Nintendo Switch 1 and 2.
Step into the role of Robert Robertson, a dispatcher managing a dysfunctional team of misfit heroes after the loss of his Mecha Man suit.
Dispatch is a superhero workplace comedy where choices matter. Manage a dysfunctional team of misfit heroes and strategize who to send to emergencies around the city, all while balancing office politics, personal relationships, and your own quest to become a hero.
Did you miss out on the original launch for Dispatch, or will you be picking up with it all on a new platform now? Do you think this will hold us all over in the hopes of getting another season of the game, or is it just something coming out that the team planned but had to take their time to make work? Will it be nice to play it all in an episodic form, or do you actually enjoy those sorts of releases for your video games? Let us have those thoughts in the comment section down the page so we can all discuss them. If we do come across more for Dispatch, we will add it all to the site for you. Please keep following along with it all and all of our social accounts to make sure you are able to join the ride with us.
