Postal: Bullet Paradise Is Time-Hopping Its Way Into Our Timeline

Postal

A new Postal game is on the way to us all with Postal: Bullet Paradise, and it looks like things are even more dystopian than ever

Just when you thought the Dude might have had his last run, timelines switch up and give us Postal: Bullet Paradise. A new title in the line of the IP with Goonswarm Games working on it, and Running With Scissors bringing it all to the PS4, PS5, Switch, Switch 2, and PC in 2026. All to keep the Postal IP alive, shooting up all of the things, and keeping the toilet humor flowing out there. Along with the basic power fantasy that we know all gamers want to have, but very few are willing to admit to in a positive way. If there is such a way to do that, but I digress. A new title is on the way, and we can have a little look at just what to expect when the doors get kicked in with this one.

While the Postal IP has never been one of massive brightness and happiness, this one seems to be starting out with a bit of that. One where we find our guy in a world where everyone is on the brighter side of life, but that is due to having a social credit score, where those who do not have a high one are "taken care of." As it all goes, our Postal Dude has been given a negative score due to an automation error and now faces off with the hordes of people out there wanting to get rid of him for bringing things down. That is where we will need to step up in the form of 11 different versions of the character, each with different perks, and pick up arms to try to set things right. Along with all of the potty humor and other raunchiness that we have grown to expect in the IP. All so we can head back home, watch some TV, and have a bit of fun along the way. All with a new art style that seems to fix many of the problems that some of the other recent titles were having, to help sell us all on the experience.

Postal: Bullet Paradise — Announcement

Postal: Bullet Paradise, a timeline-hopping dystopian bullet heaven first-person shooter with Postal’s signature darkly humorous personality from publisher Running With Scissors and developer Goonswarm Games, blasts through hordes on Steam via PC, Mac, and Linux in Q3 2026, with PlayStation 4|5, and Nintendo Switch versions to follow.

Everyone’s happy in Paradise…except for the Postal Dude. Stuck in a shitty future full of forced positivity, constant surveillance, obnoxiously bright lights, and social credit scores, the Postal Dude just wants to relax and drink a few beers. So when Paradise’s automated enforcers flag him as a threat due to a “negative demeanor”, the hapless everyman Postal Dude is once again pulled off his couch and into the action.

The Postal Dude doesn’t want to be a hero. He just wants things to go back to normal so he can watch TV in peace.

Suit up for chaos as one of 11 playable Postal Dudes from different timelines, each with their own starting loadout and perks. Blast through hordes of enemies with an evolving arsenal of Postal weapons and gadgets. Purge punkasses in Paradise and beyond, fighting through iconic Postal locations and all-new environments, completing mission-specific objectives and securing powerful weapon upgrades and modifiers that might even crack a smile on the Postal Dude’s face.

Balance firepower and the Dude’s signature lack of impulse control. Postal: Bullet Paradise runs are lightning fast and full of action. Rain shotgun fire on throngs of cultists, dodge out of danger as protestors swarm the scene, and heal up with pizza before dishing out damage to challenging bosses spreading forced positivity and blocking progression.

Experiment with different weapon upgrades and modifiers to create an unstoppable Dude. Complete mission objectives to unlock new guns and meta unlocks. Paradise’s streets are rife with opportunity for the enterprising Dude, making different loadouts and tactics the key to victory. And if that wasn’t enough, call in a friend with online co-op support for up to four players.

Postal: Bullet Paradise will launch on Steam with PC, Mac, and Linux support in Q3 2026. PlayStation 4|5 and Nintendo Switch versions are planned for a later date.

Did you think that the Postal IP was dead, or will it keep getting ridden like a dead horse in a necrophiliac convention? How do you feel about the new "sprite" style to the game, and will that help get you past some of the graphical issues that we all saw in the other games? Why do you think that there are now 11 other Dudes out there, and will that be part of the whole Black Mirror vibe this story is giving off? Let us all discuss this in the comment section below. We still have some time before the launch of Postal: Bullet Paradise, so we expect to have more for you. Please keep following along on the website and our social media channels, so you are able to keep up with it all. The IP does not seem like it is losing any steam, so we will have a lot more, for sure.
