Review â JettyCat Towers (Mobile)
by Dakota B. Johnson [ Friday, 29th of April 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
JettyCat Towers Going up with JettyCat the cool cat with a jetpack in JettyCat Towers JettyCat Towers is a mobile game developed by Andrej Preradovic of Ohsat Games. JettyCat looks very nice. I feel like he will make a good mobile game mascot being a very cute cat with a jetpack. The game has thirty levels divided up into three towers; with the third tower being a master challenge that requires you to collect 170 coins scattered across the past two towers. The controls are simple: tap left to go left, tap right to go right, and hold both to go straight. The first tower consists of rooms that have salmon colored walls and yellow block backgrounds. Review â Binaries
by Dakota B. Johnson [ Monday, 4th of April 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Binaries We sit down and review Binaries. It's a quirky little platformer of sorts from another small developer. Here's our review of Binaries Binaries is the world’s first concentration-platform game developed by Ant Workshop. This is the Scotland based developers first project. Lead developer Tony Gowland has been a game designer for over fourteen years, and has quite the list of accomplishments along with Will Morton who has many accomplishments to his name as well. I found this game to be a love hate relationship. I would power through levels and get angrier with each death. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 18th of March 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Video Games A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games This has been one crazy week for video games hasn't it? We had a whole load of new rumors fly out there and some huge announcements. Could we be getting Red Dead Redemption 2 and a BioShock Collection or is that just wishful thinking? How about the price announcement for the PlayStation VR that came out and then was followed up by a bundle that still greatly undercuts the competition in terms of price. Hells, we also had a nice review for the first episode of Hitman land out there for you. Read More...

Review â Hitman â Paris
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 17th of March 2016 - 03:00 PM ]
Hitman We sit down and review Hitman — Paris. This is the first episode of Io Interactive's latest addition to the Hitman franchise. Here's our review on how they did. The wait is finally over and the multi-delayed Hitman has been released. Well at least the first full episode and the prolog that many of us had a chance to experience during the beta that Square Enix put on for us. That was a nice taste but the maps were small and tight and it is time to see what Io Interactive has in store for us as we move forward with the rest of the content coming for Hitman. Here's our review of the first "episode" of the game just for you to read. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 2/15/16 â 2/19/16
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 19th of February 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Video Games A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games There we go with yet another week in video games in the bag. As usual there was so very much that we had to cover and we did our damnedest to make sure we were able to get to every last bit that we could. We did have a lot more on the Far Cry Primal and Paragon side of things than could have been expected but the world of video games is a fickle bitch. I'm just glad we were able to get to the Layers Of Fear and Minecraft: Story Mode reviews we kept talking about that last few weeks. That all said, now we just have to keep looking forward to the next week and all of the other video games that we are going to hear about in the coming days. Read More...

Review â Layers Of Fear
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 19th of February 2016 - 03:00 PM ]
Layers Of Fear We Sit Down And Review Layers Of Fear. It's been labeled as one of the scariest games in a while but is that true? Here's Our Review Of Layers Of Fear Last year some of the bold gave Layers Of Fear a chance as it hit Steam in way of an Early Access. Usually these don't amount to much and given the failure that Bloober Team suffered not long before that with Basement Crawl not many people wanted to go through the horror of another terrible game. Then it was shown to have some great promise and Aspyr Media chose to foot the bill and give the developer another chance at greatness. It has since been claimed to be like other great horror titles out there but did they hit the mark with Layers Of Fear or is it just another jump scare into mediocrity? Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 5th of January 2016 - 03:00 PM ]
Hitman: Agent 47 Hitman: Agent 47 has recently hit the small screens of home with new content. We had a chance to sit down and break the film down piece by piece. Here is our review of Hitman: Agent 47 Here we go with yet another film based on a video game here with Hitman: Agent 47. Originally it released in theaters on August 21st of 2015 but the home version of the film has finally been released and I had a chance to sit back and take in this rendition of Io Interactive's Hitman franchise. The previous installment wasn't accepted greatly by the fans of the video game but Hitman: Agent 47 looks like it gets a few things right from the onset. But looks can be deceiving. Read More...
