It's been a long wait but Prototype 2 has finally landed to the enjoyment of all of us fans from the first game. It's not every game where you get to power bomb someone from atop some of the tallest buildings in the country but this is totally one of them. When are publishers and studios going to realize that they cannot trust humans with sensitive information? Call Of Duty: Black Ops II was technically announced before the company made the announcement or gave us the announcement trailer. Retailers who got information early let things slip. Game sites that received information in terms to prep the news let things "leak." Do We Really Need More Reasons To Buy Prototype 2?

How many reasons do you need to pick up Prototype 2? For me it was the sheer fact that there is a sequel to the game coming out that sold it for me. Then again I am a huge fan of the first and have seen nothing but good things for PT2. Those of you on the fence may want to take a look at the below trailer which will show you another 11 reasons why you should pre-order the game or give it a go when it finally launches. Just in the nick of time, Spider-Man is back in another game for us to take on the many comic book villains who plague New York in Spider-Man: Edge Of Time. While not a direct sequel to last year's Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions, it does have at least two of the dimensions represented and makes reference to the "Other Guys" from the game. Review: X-Men: Destiny

I am both a fan of X-men and comic books in general. I have many fond memories of playing the four-player, beat-em up style Konami arcade game back in the 80's and I have spent more than a few hours playing Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 with my buddies. Silicon Knights' newest title, X-Men: Destiny, should have been a no-brainer - backed by such a great concept as it boasted being the next great brawling action game where you could create the mutant you always believed should be in this universe. Unfortunately due to its execution, the game becomes really diluted, which knocks it down a few notches on the likeability scale. WarCorner: Blizzard Announces Vanity Pet Murkablo

Blizzcon is less than two months away and Blizzard has just announced that players who attend Blizzcon '11 on October 21st and 22nd at the Anaheim convention or those that pay $40 for the Pay Per View virtual ticket, will get the highly anticipated vanity pet Murkablo. It's like having a little Diablo in your Warcraft. Although this is not the first Diablo vanity pet found in World of Warcraft, as Mini-Tyrael was the pet given out at Blizzard's Worldwide Invitational back in 2008, it's still very exciting. We saw some brief video of this little fire breather back in June when a few data mining sites pulled him from the "depths of hell" and gave us a short preview. Read More...

Diablo III Brings Real Currency Trading

Well here's some interesting Diablo III news. Players will be able to exchange in game items for real currency! The service will be hosted through an unannounced third party company. The Auction House will be very similar to an E-Bay style system but also completely optional. Players will be able to purchase gold, weapons, armor and runestones on their current Battle.net accounts, but Blizzard says there will be no "Game play affecting" items available for this type of trade. At the time of this writing Blizzard has no plans to post items directly and will leave the item trading up to the players. Read More...

Golden Eye 007: Reloaded Announced At Comic-Con '11

GoldenEye is probably one of the greatest FPS's of all time and as of last year we got a port of the game on the Nintendo Wii. Which for a time brought back some of the N64 nostalgia. Well Activision announced today that they will release GoldenEye 007: Reloaded. Only this time on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, chock full of upgraded features.
