Evil Dead
A delay has hit Evil Dead: The Game now and Evil Dead fans will need to wait a few more months for the game
It felt like it was coming since we never had a solid release date for Evil Dead: The Game beyond February, but it looks like we have a delay for the game now. It does not hit that hard because of this, thankfully, but it looks like Saber Interactive needs a bit more time to make sure it is ready for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. While it is a bit of a letdown that we have to wait a bit longer for Evil Dead: The Game, we do have a release date set down that is definitely solid now. May 13th is now the date that we will see it out there. Also, yes, this is also a Friday the 13th for the deadites to start swarming us all.
There is no specific reason given for this delay here, but the usual "more polish" reason is given here for Evil Dead. That does not give us much more to go on, but it is what it is for now. Thankfully, we do have word that we will not have to wait longer to see something new for Evil Dead: The Game out there. There is some kind of plan to bring us a new trailer next month too. This could give us some gameplay but it could also just be more of the cinematic style out there. Here is hoping that it will be earlier in the month and not at the tail end of it all. We will see…
Hey Evil Dead fans!
