God Of War
A new look at the PC version of God Of War is here to give us a better look at the improved visuals we might have in God Of War
The day is almost here for those PC gamers out there dying to get a chance to experience the latest God Of War title. This is the one from 2018 for the PS4 and then the PS5 later on, for those that are confused by the naming conventions of the IP now. I am sure you knew that already, but I felt it needed to be clarified for Santa Monica Studio. No matter the case, God Of War is landing on the PC on January 14th with all of the bells and whistles one would assume it would have. One of the features being that of the Ultrawide display support. Something that also is the topic of the latest video we have to look at today.
While not everyone will have a chance to truly experience God Of War in this way, as it will still require the appropriate hardware, we do have a taste of it here. It is here to further help give us that cinema-quality experience we want in some of our games and God Of War is one of those that should help it shine. With all of the first reviews and impressions coming in pointing in that direction, it does seem to be working. After seeing the following trailer for this version of the game, it is looking like I will have to play through it all for the fifth time and see if I can get even more out of it all. Although, this time I might not grind all of the little things out there and just truly enjoy the story once more.
God Of War — Ultrawide

Enter the Norse realm
Ultra-wide Support — Immerse yourself like never before. Journey through the Norse realms, admiring breathtaking vistas in panoramic widescreen. With 21:9 ultra-widescreen support, God Of War presents a cinema-quality experience that further expands the original seamless theatrical vision.
His vengeance against the Gods of Olympus years behind him, Kratos now lives as a man in the realm of Norse Gods and monsters. It is in this harsh, unforgiving world that he must fight to survive… and teach his son to do the same.
Is all of your hardware ready to give God Of War a spin at the best settings or will you need some upgrades to experience it all? Could we be getting a definitive version of this title soon to get us ready for the second part of the story? Will we get to see some of these bits implemented on other hardware or will it only be the PC versions that can do this forever? Let us know all of your thoughts on this down in the comments and then feel free to discuss it all. More for God Of War will certainly be on the site here. Just keep coming back and you will never miss a single little update as we venture forth.
