Exodemon
The launch for Exodemon is almost here with Exodemon hitting all of its platforms by the end of this week
If for some reason all of the newer and higher-end titles out there have been bogging you down with all of their releases back-to-back, we have another coming this week but this time with Exodemon taking us back to the old-school days of the 90s style of shooters. You might be wondering what this one is as it feels like it flew under a lot of radars here, but this is the coming title from JanduSoft that hits the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Switch on May 13th here. Something that also seems a little off given the day of it all, but we will take a new title and enjoy it nonetheless. More so when you see that Exodemon is giving us all that classic feel to the game visuals while still aiming to be a fast-paced shooter to have to survive along the way. A gimmick that works out well for some but could fall flat for others.
While there may not be a long wait for Exodemon to launch out there, you can get a small taste of it all in the following trailer we have to go along with this release announcement too. In it, we will get to see how we will be playing as the most badass scientist out there that has been infected by some kind of alien. Not being one to quarantine down and make sure they do not spread it around, this scientist aims to control it and make full use of all of the extra abilities it offers up. Something that will be needed in Exodemon with all of the other forces out there trying to take over the ship we are on. You know, that classic style of game we knew from the 90s and this one comes with those early and truly dated graphics so you can mess with your friends or followers out there by looking retro.
Exodemon — Launch Trailer
Exodemon is a fast-paced first-person shooter inspired by the 90s FPS golden age.
You must make your way through maze-like levels, destroying hordes of enemies with your monstrous abilities. Combining the destructive power of your symbiotic claws with a fast, sharp, and fluid movement, you’ll become an indestructible alien killing machine.
In Exodemon you play as a scientist on the edge of the universe who was infected by an alien entity. The symbiotic force is trying to take control, but you may find a way to control the beast in the confederation laboratories.
Resist the infection and blaze through various locations to reach the last escape pod before you lose what’s left of your humanity.
With the PS5 version, feel the adrenaline through Haptic feedback and bring chaos to your foes using the Adaptive triggers.
Have you been paying attention to Exodemon before now or is this a title that snuck up and out here for us? Do you like games that try to capitalize on the classic gaming looking or is that a played-out trope that is used to try to bring more consumers in? How do you think all of this will end for the game and will we see it be a bit more explosive than the gameplay here makes it look like it could be? Give us all of that feedback and more down in the comments and then feel free to discuss it all if you so wish to do that. We will keep sharing everything we have and maybe more for Exodemon, if there is anything more. Just be sure to keep checking back in for all of that as the weeks and months keep marching forward.
