Oddworld
The release window for Oddworld: Soulstorm has shifted a bit but we have a new trailer to check out for Oddworld: Soulstorm
I am sorry to say it, but we need to dash any hope of getting Oddworld: Soulstorm earlier than expected. The release window has been pushed out until Spring of 2021 for the PS4, PS5, and PC for the same reason many games are getting shifted along the pipeline. The Rona strikes again and has forced Oddworld Inhabitants to keep the work going as things have slown down due to developer safety. I will wait a bit longer for Oddworld: Soulstorm if it becomes a better game and the devs can live on to keep the IP going on further into the future. It is the price we will have to make and we should not complain at all.
To go along with this announcement, we do have a rather short trailer for Oddworld: Soulstorm that shows us a little more of the game's world and gameplay to behold. Not too much as the delay announcement is longer, but we will have to take what we can get to hold on to. It does highlight a little more of the new ways that Abe will be able to traverse the world out there and a few other changes that have come to the Oddworld universe, but it is a quick reminder the game is still coming and not much more. You can see it all in motion below these words and then get ready for the long winter wait until we can save everyone in this title.

Did you have a feeling that we were going to see this delay for Oddworld: Soulstorm or were you hoping this would have been the release date announcement? Do you think it will be early in the Spring or will it be as close to the end as possible so they can have all the time they want to get things done? Do you even care about the delay as long as we get an amazing game and the devs are all safe? Let us have all of that feedback in the comments and then feel free to discuss it all as you wish. If we have more to share for Oddworld: Soulstorm, you bet we will have it on the site. Just be sure to keep checking in for all of that and much more.
