Talk about a game I thought was not going to get brought back up as quickly as we are, but ToeJam & Earl: Back In The Groove is back in the headlines with some fun new news for players current and new for the latest outing. It looks like HumaNature Studios was not done working on the project and is aiming to give us a 1.5 version of the game here. Maybe not an official kind of thing, but it is more for ToeJam & Earl to play with new modes and a nice new price drop. Yeah, if you held out until now, you can pick this bad boy up for $14.99 USD and also get the latest update that is coming too. All for the Switch, PS4, Xbox One, and PC. However you want to game here.
In terms of the new mode for ToeJam & Earl, we are getting and Extreme mode and an Endless mode added into the game here. The Extreme mode being a whole new difficulty mode to play the game on. My guess is that items will be more random, enemies will hit hard and faster, and all of the other easily changed variables will make it a nightmare to play again. Then we have the Endless mode. Something that is a bit of a misnomer as it is not truly endless. It will have exploring upwards of 1001 different levels in ToeJam & Earl: Back In The Groove in the same ways we did before. I would think that they would have aimed for a different name for it, but it is what it is here.
ToeJam & Earl: Back In The Groove — 1.5 Launch Trailer
ToeJam & Earl: Back In The Groove is literally Back In The Groove on consoles. Get ready to hop back in and experience two brand new modes, Extreme and Endless. Also announcing a permanent price drop to $14.99!
In Extreme veteran players will be put to the ultimate task as they try to assemble the Rapmaster Rocket on our Hardest Difficulty Yet. This ain't the mode for your grandma, or maybe it is…

Are you excited to have more ToeJam & Earl to play here or have you already placed the game back down until the next remaster? Do you think that there will be more to the Extreme mode or will it just be harder enemies and the like? Do you think that 1001 will feel endless or will it just be something to mess with speed runners out there? Let us all know down in the comments and then feel free to discuss. If we have any more updates for ToeJam & Earl: Back In The Groove, we will bring them to you here. All you need to do is keep checking back in for all of that and much more.
