World War Z Takes To The Seas With Its Latest Update

World War Z

The first big update for World War Z is here and we have more details on how this will expand and change World War Z for the better

The major content update for World War Z that we have heard about is finally here and ready for us to add to our game. While the fact that the update was coming has not been a huge secret, Saber Interactive had not given up much in the way of details for it all. That is until now on launch day when we finally get to find out just what will be coming in this update besides the new story chapter and zombie type. Again, all things we knew were coming to World War Z with little information besides it all being set in Tokyo in the game. That and also the technological changes coming to the game for those who truly wanted them.

As it turns out, the Tokyo chapter of World War Z does not take place in the city proper but on a cruise ship in the area. This will be one of the more claustrophobic areas to date in the game and will require a lot of planning and shooting. More so when we see the new zombie, the Infected, that can do just that and infect you with their spit and cause you to turn if you do not clean off. Oh, and they also do not die unless you go in for a melee kill shot after taking them down. Instead, they will get back up with full health and join the swarms again. As if we did not have much else to worry about in World War Z already.

World War Z — Undead Sea Update

The first major free content update for World War Z is now live! The Undead Sea introduces a totally new mission in Tokyo aboard an undead-infested ferry, the new Infector zombie type, and more!

Are you fully ready for these updates in World War Z or did you need more time to perfect everything in the other chapters? How well do you think it will work out on the boat and will it add that extra level of horror to it all? Do you think we are going to see many more updates like this in the future or will we just need to be happy with what we have here and carry on? Let us all know down in the comments and feel free to discuss. As more for World War Z is out there, we will update you here. All you have to do is keep checking back in for it all.
