A Mythical RTS

Like mythology? Like real-time strategies? Like online games? Well looks like the great minds at Petroglyph and True Games will be hooking you up with all three, while trying out the micro-transaction pricing plan set up to boot. What's that, some might be thinking? Well it means that it will be free to play online, but if you want special things or special benefits, you will need to shell out a small amount of cash for it. It's something new a few companies are trying so as to get away from the $14.95 a month plan already in place. But enough about that, let's talk game.

Mytheon's story is thus: The Fates have decided that it is time to have Humanity be free of the Gods rule. Because of this decision, they begin to weave a new fate for everyone, which includes having humanity fight for their freedom from the gods. And of course, the gods aren't going to just roll over and take it.

Nice little IP they have going there. Some of the little extras they have listed on the site also make it more interesting. Below is the release, concept art, and link to the game site.
