If you were thinking this October was missing out on some genre of video game to enjoy, you are right and it looks like Nickelodeon Kart Racers is there to fill that void. You should be able to tell what I am talking about here with the name. In case you cannot, I am talking about the kart-racing genre of video games and it looks like GameMill Entertainment is plugging that whole on October 23rd now with the release date announcement. Nickelodeon Kart Racers is a little outside the "holiday season" timeline as was originally slated, but it could also mean that they are looking at Halloween as an official part of all of that now. I digress…
Obviously, Nickelodeon Kart Racers will be using all of the usual gameplay elements that we have loved in this genre for a while all while placing our favorite Nick Toons in the driver's seat. Characters from SpongeBob SquarePants to TMNT to Rugrats will be showing up and driving around the different maps. There is no need to explain how this is all happening. Just be glad you will be seeing them all again and have kart racer in the mix of all of the other titles to give you a break. It also gives you another handy reason to take that Switch out and about so you can let everything else rest. Unless you aim to play this title on the PS4 and Xbox One. You will need to manage your own time at that point.
